PRG offers programs of instruction, training exercises (field and tabletop) and related services concerning Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) issues for organizations and individuals.
We provide tailored training to enhance the capacity to detect, protect, respond and recover safely and effectively from incidents of terrorism involving weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
Counterproliferation courses were originally designed for border guards, customs officers, police officers and security personnel who might be exposed to, or encounter these items in their daily work. Courses contained individual modules addressing issues such as nuclear and radiological awareness (to include use of radiation detection equipment), biological and chemical weapons and effects (including donning of protective gear and decontamination procedures), identification of dual-use equipment and high-explosive-component recognition.
PRG delivers classroom instruction along with tabletop and field training exercises that are location specific and address the global and regional terrorism and WMD concerns for that area of interest. All information is tailored to address the unique needs of client organizations and the environment in which they operate. This approach improves individual competence and confidence and increases the collective ability to appropriately recognize and deal with terrorist or criminal threats within a CBRNE environment.
